At VBC Racing, we strive to process and dispatch your orders quickly and securely. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch
 * **Processing Time:** All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-3 business days prior to dispatch. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, sales events, or product launches.
 * **Order Modifications:** Once an order is placed and processing has begun, we are unable to modify shipping addresses, change shipping methods, or cancel the order.

3. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International Orders)
 * **Customer Responsibility:** For all international orders, the customer is the importer of record. You are solely responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, VAT, and clearance fees levied by your destination country.
 * **Customs Holds:** VBC Racing is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
 * **Refused Packages:** If you refuse to pay the required customs fees and the package is returned to VBC Racing, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost (including the actual cost of "Free" shipping), any return shipping fees, and a 15% restocking fee. These costs will be deducted from your final refund.

4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Failures
 * **Address Verification:** The customer is strictly responsible for providing a correct, complete, and secure shipping address at checkout.
 * **Lost Due to Incorrect Address:** VBC Racing assumes no liability for delayed, misdelivered, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
 * **Return to Sender:** If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed at a local pickup point, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
## 5. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
 * **Estimated Timelines:** The 1-3 and 5-8 business day transit times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are **not guaranteed**.
 * **Exclusion of Liability:** VBC Racing is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: carrier operational delays, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or customs inspections. Shipping fees will not be refunded for delayed deliveries.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
 * **Transfer of Liability:** Our liability for the physical shipment ends once the package is handed over to the designated shipping carrier.
 * **Stolen Packages:** VBC Racing is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery location.
 * **Reporting Damage:** If your item arrives damaged due to transit, you must contact our support team within **48 hours** of the recorded delivery time, providing clear photographic evidence of both the damaged product and the external packaging.
